Lil Bro’s noggin needs to be protected also! This is the perfect helmet for our 1 year old. When he is out riding with us, in his carrier, trailer, or push bucket he has his noodle proctor on. Highly recommend! Our son absolutely loves this helmet and doesn't mind wearing it because of how comfortable it fits.We got a new trike for our toddler grandson. The rule is to wear a helmet. This is so nice and light/comfortable, that he forgets that he has it on.After searching for a helmet for my 2 year old for a few weeks and coming up short, I was worried he might be too young to find an affordable one. I'm incredibly happy with this helmet. It's the perfect size for a young toddler, is easily adjustable and I love the bright color! This bike helmet is super durable and comfy on my child’s head. The bright blue is fun and it does the job. Way better than the typical cheap kids’ helmets.I don’t know if you remember the helmets you wore as a kid but wow things have changed. This is a solid helmet with a nifty little sun visor attached. It molds great to my child’s very large head and I have no fear that this won’t protect him. Joovy is a name you can definitely trust and I will be using them for helmet needs for years to come.Joovy makes very durable helmets, I still own the ones made back in 2015.• XS fits my 4 year old (seen in pic) on lowest dial setting. • Small fits my 6 year old daughter, just a tad loose.• Vents and visor is a must (living in Hawaii)• Mesh straps are really nice + durable• Adjustment dials do not feel cheap-like in store brands I have tried out previouslyDefinitely recommend, almost didn't get it because of the price but it's worth it.I got the small-medium size as my son's head is quite large he's like me and has a big head. He's 3 1/2 yo and the small-medium has room to grow but still fits him well now. The adjustable fitting on the head via strap using an adjustment dial is standard on all helmets. I got him the nickelodeon paw patrol helmet for ages 3 to 5 and his head was too big for that helmet and have to return that helmet, he does have a big noggin. The helmet itself is comfortable with padding on the inside and padding on the chin strap and weighs a little bit more than half a pound. The color and shape are nice on the helmet and my son likes it and always wants to ride his bike or his new scooter he got for Christmas. He doesn't mind wearing the helmet which means it's comfortable enough for him and has his approval. I think that is one of the most important part of safety equipment if you buy something and they don't use it what protection are you getting if you get a cheap helmet they don't use. He grabs the helmet and his bike/scooter and motions me to put them into the car what else can I say.
