Fit Guide FIND A STRING: Use a string, shoelace, or even a USB cable to wrap around your head just above your eyebrows.MARK AND MEASURE: Hold the string in place, mark where it overlaps, and then lay it flat next to a ruler or yardstick to measure.CHOOSE YOUR SIZE: Small: 21.5-22in (54-56cm), Medium/Large: 22-24in (56-61cm)IN-BETWEEN SIZES?: If you’re in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up. The FEND One helmet is offered in two sizes. The Small size measures 54-56 cm, and the Med/Large size measures 56-61 cm. If you are on the cusp, we recommend sizing up. Once fully opened, the helmet clicks into place and is designed with our patented safety locking mechanism to ensure the helmet will not close on impact.
