This item is well made and the packaging was good so it arrived in perfect condition as far as I can tell. It is the perfect size for what I needed in my toy hauler. I like the punched oval holes for hanging as well. It was nice to see the the bottom middle support under the shelf was also punched with holes for hanging and bungee cord net to hold helmets down. I will probably remove the rod as I do not think I will need it but it could be handy - so we'll see. I also like that this is not pre-drilled for mounting as I'm sure where I will put this I would need to drill holes anyway.
