The only non full face helmet you'll need. I use mine mostly for freestyle bmx but it's great for all kinds of riding and action.Comfortable and lightweight 3/4 helmet. It also reduces wind noise while riding. I’ve used the helmet for 3 months and I highly recommend it!The product looks great is lightweight but the vendor sent me the wrong size so it won't fit. I reviewed my order to confirm I ordered a large. I did but they sent a medium.I can't give it 5 stars as it has not saved me from any crashes, yet, but so far. so good. The padding seemed a little snug at first so I replaced them with the smaller set. Those were too roomy so I put the thicker set back on, thinking the padding would compress over time. After only 10 rides, the fit is just as snug, but I have gotten use to it and find it very secure and comfortable. The same for the weight. It felt a bit heavy at first but I quickly got use to that too. My last helmet was a light half shell, so this 3/4 shell is naturally heavier and makes more contact with my head, so I had weight and pressure that I was not use too. After a month, it feels normal now. I hope I never need to test it's crashworthiness.Heavy, the medium looks huge but tight inside.there is no option for fit adjustment, it was returnedWhen I opened the box I was amazed on how beautiful the craftsmanship. As soon as I tried it, boom!!! I could hardly put it on. I’m a regular small on regular helmets and they all fit perfectly, but this one is for 2 year old kid learning to ride a bike. Returned it and bought Troy Lee… perfect fit.Fits perfectly, but you need to buy 1 size larger. Many times new technology does not translate into better product. Not the case with this helmet. It's insanely light, doesn't look too bulky when wearing and is designed to protect your head much better than your typical half-shell helmet and almost as good as a full face helmet. One drawback if you could call it that is it does run one size small. I normally wear a size large for the majority of big bame manufacturers and I had to return the size large I initially ordered and exchanged for an XL. My head measures 23 inches and the XL fit like a glove right out of box. Included with helmet is different size pads that allow you to customize fit. Also of note is this helmet does not have the standard dial at the back of the helmet that allows you to tighten. To be honest, it's designed so you don't need this feature and I am quite confident it we would stay in place in the event of a crash.Being transparent, Fox's sizing chart for this model helmet is speced different than most of their other helmets and chart showed I am an XL.I we as r this helmet when riding my trail and enduro mtb's. Vents are well designed and allows plenty of airflow to keep you cool. Speaking of cool, the magnetic headstrap lock mechanism is a marked improvement over out dated clip closures.Love this helmet. It has MIPS to protect against rotational brain injury- essential on a bike helmet in my opinion. The drop side protection protects against mandibular , jaw/ear region, injury which they say is most common in mtb riding. It looks insane especially with your goggles on.I had bought and returned a few of the more traditional 'balanced on top of your head' bike helmets when I ordered this one. I wanted something that protected the sides of my face and the base of my skull, and this does exactly that. Also, and this may be far less important but it's still a thing, it looks better than the luminous top-of-the-head helmets. It comes with interchangeable thicknesses of internal padding that you can swap out for a good fit too. The visor is detachable too. All in all, this is an excellent biking helmet.Excelente
