I’m a 7.5 hat size and this fits awesome. My bride is a size 7 and it does dial down to fit her. There is quite a bit of sizing upward, beyond size 7.5, but can’t guess how much. Size 8 or a bit more? But, quite adjustable. Fits nice and solid, chin strap has a gather to hold extra webbing, light has a solid mode and a couple flash patterns. Extra set of sponge for the inside, presumably for replacing if damaged- they don’t appear to have anything to do with fit, just another set. Good coverage and ventilation. Happy for sure
