So I have used this rack a few times on our van and so far I really think this is a nice unit at a good price point. The materials are heavy gauge and it has nice reinforcement gussets at critical stress points. I feel this is a better designed and crafted rack than most of the competitors I looked at. The anti wobble feature secures it snug in the receiver. It is a simple yet effective design...my only complaint is that it is a screw in bolt for the locking pin. It requires the provided wrench to install and remove. It is very secure so a few extra minutes I can live with. For a family of four I used all the provided mounts and it is a snug fit getting them to fit. I spent a good 15 minutes coming up with the best arrangement of adult vs kids bikes and indexing the pedals etc. The smaller kids frames are a pain but this is no fault of the rack. Now that I know the order it should be a faster process the more I do it. Adult only frames would probably be easier as you typically have more adjustment space on the frames
